Fees & Billing
Access to premium features requires payment of the fees shown at the time of purchase. All fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. You agree to pay applicable taxes. Failure to pay may lead to suspension of paid services.
Subscription Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled at least forty-eight hours prior. You can manage auto-renewal settings in your account dashboard. Disabling auto-renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current period. No partial refunds are issued.
Service Updates
The service may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time. Major changes will be announced at least seven days in advance via available communication channels. No compensation is owed for changes. Continued use signals acceptance of updates.
Account Suspension
Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms or for security reasons. Notice will be provided when practicable. Upon termination, all licenses granted here cease immediately. You must delete any local copies of service materials.
Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in the service’s technology, content, and branding remain with their respective owners. You receive no ownership rights beyond a limited license to use the service. Unauthorized use is prohibited. Legal action may follow infringement.
Disclaimer & Limitation
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all express and implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Use is at your own risk.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Disputes shall first seek informal resolution. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes proceed to binding arbitration or court. Each party bears its own legal costs.
